CLEARCOAT 7000 Duct Emulsion
Varnish of high lustre and ink box - fed, produced on the base
of acrylic polymers. Characterised by a very short time of drying
and a high resistance to abrasion. It is fully water - soluble and
may be water - thinned, maximum up to 20% of volume. May be spread
both wet on wet and wet on dry, dries by absorption and steaming.
Varnish awarded PZH certificate.
Spreading uniform layer of varnish covering all printed field is
performed by means of a coarse - grained aluminium plate. Applying
graphic design or surface quality can be performed by means of photosensitive
plate or appropriately formed gum. Gluable by means of PVA and thermally
drying glues.

CLEARCOAT 7015 Duct Emulsion Retarder
Retarder of Clearcoat 7000 varnish. Applied during technological
process in order not to permit drying of varnish on ink rollers
and gum dressing by sprinkling them. Rollers and gum dressing must
be sprinkled to assure faultless work while restarting.

Transparent and colourless varnishes, drying by oxidizing and forming
smooth printing area. Applied by inking unit. Characterized by very
short drying and high abrasion resistance. May be applied with or
without water. Varnish F 1800 may be applied wet on wet and wet
on dry, F 3000 is applied wet on dry.
Oil varnishes are applied for increasing lustre and protecting printouts
against abrasion on coated, smoothed material. Characterised by
a characteristic smell and cannot be applied onto food packaging.
Powdering is not recommended while wet on dry varnishing.
